Lead Inspections

No Safe Lead

Lead paint, dust, and soil in and around your home can be dangerous if not managed properly.

Our lead contractors meet EPA and HUD requirements for lead-safe work, and are licensed Clearance Technicians and Certified Renovators, Repairs & Paint (RRP) contractors.

With dust and debris being one of the major problems for lead poisonings, our contractors actively make sure to renovate activities that would disturb lead-based paint. They carefully abide by the RRP rule by addressing activities that disturb lead-based paint in target housing (built before 1978) and child-occupied facilities. We strive to educate owners/occupants about the renovators’ repairs and about their lead-cautious problems and needs.
