No Safe Lead
Lead paint, dust, and soil in and around your home can be dangerous if not managed properly.
Our lead contractors meet EPA and HUD requirements for lead-safe work, and are licensed Clearance Technicians and Certified Renovators, Repairs & Paint (RRP) contractors.
With dust and debris being one of the major problems for lead poisonings, our contractors actively make sure to renovate activities that would disturb lead-based paint. They carefully abide by the RRP rule by addressing activities that disturb lead-based paint in target housing (built before 1978) and child-occupied facilities. We strive to educate owners/occupants about the renovators’ repairs and about their lead-cautious problems and needs.

DID YOU KNOW?
Children under 6 are most at-risk for lead poisoning in your home. Even children who seem healthy may have dangerous levels of lead in their bodies.
Lead exposure can harm children and babies even before they are born.
Homes, schools, and child care facilities built before 1978 are likely to contain lead-based paint.
Disturbing surfaces with lead-based paint or removing lead-based paint can increase exposure risk.
People can ingest lead by breathing or swallowing lead dust, or by eating soil or paint chips containing lead.
